You seem to think she's lying to you. She told you it would be possible, possibly because she screwed up, for you to receive a bid despite the late date. You're asking us if it's possible for you to receive a bid. We don't know, your greek adviser gave you the best answer you can get.

Sigh, agreed. I've also seen where the Greek Life Director is the director of all student activities, so Greek life (not to mention recruitment) is the 4th or 5th hat that s/he is wearing. It can get really frustrating working with a Greek Advisor who really isn't focused on Greek advising.
