If you find a good fit in an NPC sorority, since their recruitment is likely first, then great. If you don't, you know you have another alternative.

I honestly don't think this situation will end well for the OP. As a junior, she shouldn't need people to give her this very basic advice. A junior who doesn't know what GLO, let alone council or conference, she/he wants to pursue is a junior who isn't even an aspirant/PNM yet. That's a very slow process for someone who doesn't have much time left in college.
