Of public art? Yes I am, especially projects like this that allows art to be publicly displayed at little to no cost to the community, which is a good thing.

Criticism of art is part of art. Period. I am a huge fan of public art, as well, but a basic tenet of art is that just because you can make it does not mean it is art...no matter what your mother told you as she put your kindergarten drawings on the fridge.
