I am the Vice-Archon (vice-pres.) Of Phi Sigma Sigma. Basically what my position does, is to make sure our local constitution is being followed and i am the head of all the commities. (social, fundraising, philanthropy, etc.) I make sure everyone is doing their job and when the Archon is unavailable i take over the meeting. I also consult on all decision making with our archon. It doesn't sound like much work, but it really is. I do have a manual that i could go through for specifics if you would like me too, but thats the basis of my job.

As Vice Archon in my sorority my duties are Fraternity Education, changes to and making sure we uphold our Constitution, in charge of General Board (all committees) and runing executive board. I hope this helps you out a little

I am VP for my chapter and I am responsible for keeping in touch with inactive and alumni members. I try to keep them informed of any chapter events.

Also, help plan retreats and semester banquets. I also make sure that every officer is doing their position probably.

You may want to see about adding VP duties in your chapter constitution.
