^^^ Can't be because his dad was killed and he's grieving the loss of a father no matter how much of an asshole the father was to him and the crimes he committed.
Regardless, he's not the first person to question the legality of the raid, and quite frankly I suspect that in this situation we're saying "Screw you guys, we told we'd break the rules, and we did, so wtf did you expect? Do something about it, try us." But I'm not an international law expert, and neither is he. |

My (first-blush) reading of international treaties and agreements shows that many conflict or are vague - it's not easy to say either way. That obviously is its own problem, but at the same time, operating in a gray area is much better than "making up the rules." |
