Update/Question

So I did change it to First Middle and when I search my First Last, I still pop up as the only one. I assume this is because of all my friends with the last name (relatives). Is it a lost cause? Should I revert to First Last or does it help at least a little?

My best friend has her nicknames for her first and middle names as her FB page title, and you can still find her by searching for her first and last name. I would assume that it has to do with when you first signed up.

Well, I just looked for Chanel Susie under her real name and a whole bunch of Susie Lastnames came up, so if your name is that exotic, maybe it won't work.

I would look at the help section and see what other people have done - you might find some good answers there.

If your goal is to not be searchable, then why not set that privacy setting instead of changing your name? Also, are you doing that search as yourself or are you doing it from a non-friend's account? I would try the latter and see if you come up. YOU will always see all of your own information.
