i heard on the radio today that Brad was in a fraternity. he said "i was a young frat kid." this was in regards to his arrest way back. any idea which one?

Btw, I'm gonna go there - are any of the bachelorettes Greek? One of them was wearing a shirt that said "Exec 07" on the back, and it reminded me of an Exec Council. I couldn't read the small print on the front though.

Found out today - The Day After - that Chantel is now apparently dating one of my brother's friends. Small world!

I didn't get to watch the last ep yesterday...no worries, all my FB friends posted the winner before the show started Pacific time.:rolleyes:

Emily looks much more attractive with the slightly darker (and more natural looking) blond hair. Her hair looked so bleached out on the show.

Brad needs to read the "He's Just Not That Into You" book. He is infatuated with her but she is just really not that into him. They never appeared to have much of a relationship throughout the show - it always seemed so awkward and forced, whereas things with Chantal were much more natural. Granted, you can never trust the edits. But he and Emily never seemed to be comfortable. It was always awkward and weird.

Loling at Trista and Ryan making yet more money off the show by another guest appearance. They're a couple who seems to have done it right. It was weird seeing Ali and Roberto after being on a flight with them last month (wanted to talk to them but they did not seem to want to be bothered, plus I had my hands full with a squirmy toddler who wanted to run around)

I think Brad still has intimacy issues which is why he went with Emily, who was clearly not as into him and still holding him at arm's length. First time around, he doesn't pick anybody after both women tell him they love him. Second time around, one woman says he loves him and tells his brothers she would marry him "today" and writes a touching note, pouring her heart out. Despite his constantly saying he can totally be himself with her, he picks the one who keeps him at arms length and questions his commitment. I suspect that if Emily comes around and lets him in fully, he will run scared.

I agree about her hair color. Her bad dye job bothered me the whole season.

I don't see Emily moving to Austin, either. She seems to be under the watchful eye of Ricky's parents in Charlotte.

Something I thought was kinda funny about Brad's whole "Austin" thing is that he treats it as if he needs to live nearby the bars he owns with his brothers. He doesn't. When he came up to Seattle to visit Chantel and meet her family, he seemed to like what he saw of the city. I think it's interesting that we never heard him say anything about maybe opening a bar in Seattle - you know, expanding his business interests. Like a lot of the people on this show, I think he's probably really boring and unadventurous, and a homebody.

Supposedly Chantel was supposed to be the next Bachelorette, but she turned them down because she's now in a relationship with someone she likes a lot.
