We should start a "Phi_Delt Post Greatest Hits" thread. This is definitely top 5, but my favorite contender still has to be

Dare I say it -- it's like some strange reincarnation of Earp.

*sigh*

This exchange is unfortunate.

I am highly competitive, so yeah. Fuck the rest. Especially Alpha Symphosium, buncha poofs like Triangle. Specialized bullshit mumbo jumbo

? Are you for real? That is very offensive, and I would never guess that anyone who is educated enough to be Greek (thus in college) would stoop that low.
Homophobic remarks like that are unacceptable, I don't know who you think you are, but you sound like a very disappointed, scorned little boy, who for some reason feeds off putting other people down and hasn't got a decent bone in his body.
Maybe you should work on yourself before going online and posting such ridiculous things.

Dixi.

Phi_Delta, from one Black person to another Black person (I guess you just professed your Blackness LOL), explaining your words takes the "crassly entertaining" away from it all. We already know that you want to get attention and want to be crass, which is why you would type the "F word."

And, for those who don't know, Phi_Delta only exists to be crass, rude, and potentially offensive. Telling a crass, rude, and potentially offensive username that it is crass, rude, and potentially offensive is like telling them how kick ass they are.

I did chuckle at "thanks for listening."

I agree with you. My language is unacceptable. However, I stand by my words because I really mean them. They're strong words and I mean what I say, when I say it.

1. I hate people who haze so I direct strong hurtful language towards them. The term "Faggot" as defined by Urban Dictionary (a reputable source for understanding slang in the context of our society defines "faggot" as "Faggot: In these times not really used if somebody is really a homosexual mostly used insteap of calling somebody stupid or a loser"

I understand the hate the word has. Images of WASP's shouting the word, using sexuality and gender based slurs towards LGBT boys and girls throughout middle America. I mean, come on. I would feel the same way if someone said to me "HEY YOU'RE A NIGGER" because I'm black. right? sheesh.

But still, I'll use the social definition in insulting someone. Anyone who hazes is a faggot. Someone who is of low ilk. A loser. A man with little character or integrity. Fuck those motherfuckers.

2. "Buncha Poofs". This term is a little older and less used. Gay males are called "poofs". Gay men are also effeminate. At least some of them are. Therefore, I'm calling Alpha Symphony Music Maker whoevers a bunch of Pussy ass womanly bitches. I just don't think a social fraternity should specialize in one thing aka music. Just my own two cents.

3. I won't be around here much longer, I'm clearly not wanted. I don't want to sully the name either.

Thanks for listening. I know its offensive. That's why I said it

Quoted for assholery.

Too late, name sullied.

I've seen many posts of people saying that they spit out some coffee at work because of a crazy post, but I just sent some very nice brandy (literally) onto my screen because of PD's reply to KS. "I didn't say screw 'em, I said f**k 'em."

There's nothing to thank me for. You are trying to get attention. Nothing new under the sun.

Well, I feel put in my place now. Or at least I would, if the insults weren't coming from someone with the maturity of a third grader. (My apologies to actual third graders with more maturity than Phi_Delta.)

We all know what two cents is worth these days.

Sidetrack:
I am reminded of one of the many stories of the English conductor and impresario, Sir Thomas Beecham. (My favorite of those stories is the statement he is said to have made to a female cello soloist in rehearsal one day: "Madam, you have between your legs an instrument capable of giving pleasure to thousands, and all you can do is scratch it!"

Supposedly, Sir Thomas was walking down the streets of London one day when a public service worker pointed at him and said to his co-workers "Look 'ere, mates! 'Ere goes a fairy!" Sir Thomas lifted his umbrella (being a proper Englishman, he always had an umbrella), pointed it at the man and said, "Poof! Disappear!"

Too late for sullying the name, which I really don't think you care about.

As for not being around here much longer . . . promises, promises.

On the internet, you're covered by a shroud of invisibility. You can truly be whoever you want. So I take what I learn, hear, and experience on forums with a grain of salt because I don't judge someone before I meet them in person. They could be a completely different person off-line, you know?

So I'm leaving so I don't harm the good name of my chapter any longer. My words here (and my trolling, because there have been very few heartfelt, serious, posts) were my own and I shouldn't be using a name that links the others to this bullshit.

Thanks guys and good luck in your future endeavors.

I really see no reason to give you the benefit of the doubt. "Lol just trolling" is an incredibly pathetic response.
