(Not that I'm assuming most of his chapter knew about it, I'm just playing devil's advocate and looking through the school's eyes). It could turn into more ammunition against the chapter instead of against a few individuals...though for the record I personally hope the participants are punished, not the entire chapter.

I agree with your assessment. However, I don’t know that the University Administration will be the ones to begin – so to speak - suspension of the chapter. The UK Administration is good at working with GLOs’ HQs in situations like this. Unless they can prove wrongdoing, the Administration may only be able to take action on the brother who was selling. But if it is true that he sold to thirty brothers, then that is roughly 25% of the chapter. And frankly, it may be difficult to prove that the other 75% didn’t know what was going on on some level. So my feeling is that the Delt HQ might come in and suspend the chapter based on some sort of membership review. As such, the University would accept the suspension.

I highly doubt Delt will be suspended. Nationals will probably come in and cut some fat, but I don't think UK will do anything, other than put them on probation (which they're perpetually on anways).

I was looking up these articles to send a Delt friend of mine by request, and found this updated one.
