News report said that there were 5 or 6 EMTs and/or rescure workers who went down.

I think they said 5 rescuers.

I assume they are coming up the shaft now while CNN is showing the rescued miners talking to the president. I guess viewers don't want to see the rescuers come up the shaft.

I just saw 6 rescue workers in the picture of them getting ready to start up.

Now that these miners are safe and sound, I can say that both miner 21 and his mistress are selfish assholes. I hope his wife is working toward telling him to fuck off.

The statement that the wife gave as to why she didn't go to the site today was really classy. I wish I had that kind of poise - although she did have almost two months to prepare for it.

Second-to-last rescuer is going up in the capsule now.

I've been glued to this. Praise God, I'm so happy for these miners, considering it was projected they might be there till Christmas. I can't believe they're all safe and it looks like the one miner's pneumonia was the worst of it. I am so grateful, I hope they all recover from the long-term effects of this. All of them (AND their families) need counseling once they are medically stable.

The last rescuer is up, and the capsule is coming out. What a sight.
