it's going to be an awkward Thanksgiving dinner.

Particularly with her extended discussion of donger size and the male's aggressiveness, I almost feel like a male 'equivalent' discussion would be derided as the "usual chauvinist piggery" or whatever by some, and straight-up applauded by others.

The comparisons some sites have made between her and Tucker Max are particularly telling, since the two have almost nothing in common in terms of writing style or goal.

Ultimately, it's awkward and kind of funny, and likely terrible for her because everything lives on the internet forever. The job offers etc. will be fleeting - grandkids stumbling upon it is slightly more permanent. That might be the lesson, even though the feminist-supporting-man-dude inside of me would like there to be a larger one. HA LARGER ONE - TAKE THAT, RED SOX PROSPECT EXCORIATED IN PRINT!

I agree with all of this. LOL.

Am I the only person who wondered how, in her senior year, she actually had time to make this??

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this "study" took 4 years to complete.

I think I read somewhere in one of the blog comments that she was not a member of a Duke sorority, but she did belong to Maxwell House -- one of the selected living groups on campus. http://www.duke.edu/web/maxwell/rush.htm While not Greek, they are coed and have "rush" events.

But they do have Duke (and He's Not Here in Chapel Hill) in common.

*This girl is a moron.
*It sounds like most of this sex was unprotected.
*I can't believe she had the nerve to call one of the guys a whore.
*I bet when she goes to apply for those post grad jobs, lots and lots of employers remember her name from Yahoo! News.

Lol, I just meant the time she took to actually make a powerpoint presentation for it. I feel like there isn't anything SO important in my personal life that I would feel compelled to put the time and effort into a powerpoint pres. for it. Especially for a joke.

I don't know what to think of her. This is just another life lesson about how you need to control what is published on the internet under your name.

insinuating another woman is a whore (unless she got paid to have sex) is never o.k. in my opinion...

this.

she shouldn't have sent it to others, making something like that is one thing, showing it to others is not nice. Expecting noting would come of it after showing others if very naive

Is 'slut' more acceptable, since there was no exchange of funds (just fluids)?

pshsx1 10-05-2010 03:46 PM

LOL a bit more acceptable yes

and to each their own opinion, I just don't appreciate people calling women whores when they have quite some bedpartners, while men can get away with the same behavior being called a hero.

Men can be (and often are *cough*pshsx1*cough) whores, too.

ETA: That should read "can be called whores" as well.
