Hearing that song always makes me teary eyed and not just because of Ghost. It's just such a powerful song. They picked the perfect song for that scene in Ghost.

I also love the Righteous Brothers. :) Their version isn't the first or last version but it's the only version that counts, in my opinion.

"Sweetest Thing" by Lauryn Hill always reminds me of Love Jones.

"No ordinary love" by Sade. Indecent Proposal.

This song makes me sob every time I hear it. I think it's because I associate it with the video which features clips from the movie.

Wouldn't it Be Nice" by the Beach Boys - 50 First Dates (yes, it came out half a century earlier, but that scene with Adam Sandler on the boat just gets me every time!!
"God Only Knows" by the Beach Boys - Love Actually
"Your Song" originally by Elton John - Moulin Rouge (Ewan McGregor did a cover of the song in the film, and he's "owned" it since!)

A song that wasn't in the film, but reminds me of it:
"These Boots Were Made for Walking" by Nancy Sinatra reminds me of Down With Love (starring Ewan McGregor and Renee Zellweger).

"What is Love?" by Haddaway reminds me of "Night at the Roxbury" when they're rocking out in the car!

Isn't that the Beach Boys? It does it to me, too! I want that played at some point of my wedding!

And of course, "Shout" reminds me of Animal House!
