Not the same =(

They don't serve the biscuits? They're one of the best reasons to go to KFC! Do you need a care package?

Aww Jen :( That is so sad. I considered KFC for dinner just for the biscuits tonight.

I'm really craving a dill pickle. Enough that I'm thinking about going and buying some.

Calamari sounds like a winner. Really, I would like to eat some at Mongolian BBQ. I love that place, because of the sea food and salad. I don't know which is worse, craving something, not knowing what you're craving. Or, craving something you know you don't have enough time to eat.

I have been alternately craving and making caramelized onions. I'm still not great at them, they're either undercooked or burned. But I'm getting better.

What are those? I mean, I know they're onions, but caramelized? You mean as in caramel? Like caramel apples?

I'm really craving the cookies from Subway... but they don't sell them here, nor anything like them.. Sad!

They are just called caramelized because the cooking brings out the natural sugars in an onion. They are essentially sauteed to a nice brown finish, usually in olive oil.

I miss carmelized onions so much that now I want to cry.

lol
And here I was thinking that they're dipped in caramel, like apples. Sounds good, though.

I think I have to flounce from this thread and from any mentions of DD. :( All these foods I love and either can't have or can't digest.

Now I'm missing salad too.

I want some sushi from this place we went to for a brother's 21st. I used to hate sushi, now I'm addicted.

Mmmm carmelized onions...I freaking love onions. You just have to cook them with a lot of butter or olive oil at medium temp for a bit then leave it on low-ish for a long time and stir occasionally.

I had a serious Crunch Berries craving for a the last few days and finally just satisfied it. I will probably reload that bowl in a bit. :)

I just ate pretzels and dipped them in my bffs cake icing...
YUM!

For the past 3 days, I have been thinking about Koala Yummies!

I probably last ate those little delights when I was like, 10, so I have no idea where this craving came from or if I'd even actually like them now. I don't even know if they still make them.

I remember those. They're rare but can occasionally be found; grocery stores with an imports section might be able to special-order them.
