keepvids.com lets you download videos from online, and you don't have to download any programs. If you want to put them on your iPod, you just select the mp4 option. However, I've never noticed the conversion to an mp3 type thing.

Clearly, I'm not going to be doing anything productive tonight (unless you count expanding my mp3 collection). :p
