Sorry to be somewhat off-topic, but this reminded me of when I was in college and we were "rushing" two best friends during informal recruitment. We were a little too smooth about it, and they didn't know for sure if that's what was going on. They were excited when we gave them bids, but confessed later that they had been trying to figure out if we just wanted to hang out, or if we wanted them in our sorority. Guess we didn't want to scare them off with all the "sorority talk"! We should have mentioned the benefits of being in our sorority at least once during all of that time.

Today I got a call from the Recruitment Chair today :(










And they offered me a bid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which I OBVIOUSLY accepted!!!!!!!!!!!!

So was the sad face supposed to be a fake out?? :D
