Or accept the possibility that you won't be getting a bid.

See, now, I was trying to be all nice. I was turning over a new leaf. Garsh.

Alright well I sent this chapter a quick email the night after the informal coffee event, they still haven't contacted me at all or anything..I know they email you whether or not they ask you back.. is there anything else I can do to help my chances? It's been like 4 days...uggh

When I went through informal with my sorority, I went to my last event on a Thursday or Friday and did not hear back until Monday night.

Foir different reasons, it may take more time for a chapter to get back to you with a decision either way.

You may get a bid, you may not.

Nothing to do at this point except wait.

it could simply be an "issue" witht the school...we had an informal CR event last night and before w can give anyone a bid we have to get grade reports from the school... we are out n monday for MLK day so offices arent open. Once we recieve grades we have to make ure girls are elligible through pan and such. SO i will take a little bit of time for them to possibly recieve a bid ( even though we want them to get one). Just think you have to wait 5 days into formal recruitment torecieve a bid and all the "paperwork" is done before hand.

Excellent point. It is a holiday weekend.
