To which the response would be "Then we'll drop all of you and wait for better pledges."

When asked this question, one way to go about it is to point out an obvious weakness in everyone. Then tell them that no one is perfect, but that you all work very hard to be excellent.

This response is usually acceptable because you aren't bullshitting the question. When you say "no one is weak" or "we are all weak" you are telling the actives that you refuse to give up your class. Personally, as an active brother, I appreciate honesty and by telling me that "no one is weak" or "we are all weak," I know that you aren't telling the truth. Potentials have been turned down because of these two responses. We know that "no one is weak" is garbage because everyone has problems. We also know that "we are all weak" is garbage because its just not true. Some potentials are flawless.

Welp, this is pretty representative of your organization, I guess.

How about "As individuals, we all have our weaknesses but united, we are strong"

I still don't get the point of asking the question..lol.

Lessons learned from this thread:

1. You have no business asking questions online if you are undergoing a membership process. That goes for every organization, as far as I'm concerned.
2. Don't ask randoms this question because many will not understand it, and their advice will be void of context.

Good luck with your nonhazing membership process. :)

When they asked you that question, point to whoever is standing to your left. That is the right answer.

It also happened to my line brother. He named a name. Idiot.

Haha was it you?

The correct answer is "We all are. Our pledge class is as weak as the weakest brother." ( I read that in Stuart Scott's account of pledging in my BGLO book)
