Oops, sorry, I think I worded that wrong. I meant to ask if the Eta Omicron Chapter at the University of North Florida is the only Theta chapter in the state without a house?

the UF Thetas do, in fact, have a house. I've never been but I've heard the inside is quite lovely. :)
