This may be a ridiculous thing to tell an aspirant if the rule has been passed.

Instead of getting an aspirant's hopes up, just tell him to talk to the Omegas. THEN he will know whether the rule is in effect or not, and whether there are exceptions made. Never advise an aspirant to go INTO it with a disregard for something that is on the national website.

(I think that rule is an excellent one. But, that's another thread topic. :))
