have an event and charge x dollars a ticket, have each member sell the tickets to friends and random , try and ask a place by campus where most greeks go to if they'll allow you to use the place on a day that is usually dead or something and tell them that they would be helping in supporting the chapter, and that it will also bring in revenue for them if people buy stuff at their place like drinks, food etc

Do you know if you need to have a certain number of people to work at sporting facilities?

It's gonna depend on the facility. Also, it's going to depend on how many games you have to be at. Tigers stadium, my friend had to work a dozen games, but they have a chapter of 45, so they alternated girls. Michigan International speed way only has 2 weekends, you stay there all weekend, and pretty much the whole chapter shows up, and you work shifts.

Contact the venues, and keep in mind that yes, this could be a LOT of work your sisters/brothers, BUT when you can bring home a few thousand per summer, vrs a hundred or so from a bake sale... I'm for it :-D
