I didn't mean that anyone was beating her down, haha. I just meant [and stated in a more colloquial manner] that everyone seems to think it's a bad thing to say, when in reality it's an ACCURATE truth.

The only reason I came down harshly was because of the way she stated her question. It seemed to be a fishy question to me and that she was just being nosey. If she had asked "which chapters are doing COB because i'm interested?"... that's another story.

I'm pretty sure at Maryland that if a chapter does not make quota they try to fill it but it mostly depends on how many seniors are graduating and what their numbers will be for the fall.

You appear to be new to GC, so you may not know that it is very common to post the results for all chapters from recruitment.
