BTW, this:

is not quite true. If you get a bid through formal recruitment and decline it, you can't rush again for a full year if you don't transfer. But if you do transfer, you are free to rush at your new campus even if it's been less than a year.

I had no idea about the exception for transfers, thanks for clearing that up. I am glad that she ended up loving recruitment though, so the advice I gave her about "in case you transfer" will **hopefully** not apply!
