Carla needs to be the next to go. She's funny, but she has no business being in this competition. She's gone far on her homegrown skills, but she does NOT have what it takes to be Top Chef! Go Stefan! I think he's going to win!!! I love Fabio, but he's completely coasting on his charm.

Jamie needs to go...scallops are sooo over. Or Fabian. He (and Stefan) think they are the best chefs cause they are European, but Fabian hasn't really made anything memorable....or good.

Plus, green & yellow don't mix to make blue. Blue & yellow mix to make green, he can't even get something simple like that. Stooooopid.

I completely agree with everything. I thought that Leah should have gone home last week...and as much as I heart Carla, it's her time to leave.

I completely agree about Leah...
I love how she made such a big deal about kissing Hosea after she spent the whole season throwing herself at him. What an idiot! I'm glad Carla didn't go home last week even though her desserts were a mess.

Han anyone read Hosea's blog on BravoTV.com? He goes on and on about his mistake of kissing Leah. No one in the world seemed to care, except his girlfriend.

Like Hosea and Leah's significant others wouldn't have been offended by all of the unnecessary flirting anyway!

Yes!! lol. Fabio is a douchebag. Seriously, he and Stefan think they are the Kings of cooking, that they know everything. I thought Fabio was going home for sure after arguing with the guest judge. He's done that with Colicchio too.

I'm on Team Carla, but I am realistic... she's skating on thin ice. Top Chef is not about being comfortable.

I agree that Jeff needed to go, even though Fabio probably had the worst dish of the night. Why? He doesn't follow the rules too often. Instead of creating something that reflected the flavors of his region, he went over the top, as always. It reminds me of the chef last season who did gourmet that needed utensils for a tailgate.

I agree. Jeff always made his dishes waaay too complicated and tried to make several things at once. I mean his defense wasn't even good, "but i made 5 more things than she did" Ummm..its quality over quantity. Then he tried to pull the "but my dish is more authentic than hers" yeeeah no...glad Colicchio called him on that.

I'm glad he's gone. Everytime they interviewed him, they'd put the name of his restaurant down, and I always thought it was The Dildo, and I kept thinking, who would name their restaurant that?

SWTXBelle 01-29-2009 02:54 PM

I'm glad I wasn't the only one, eppie!

Benzgirl 01-29-2009 03:00 PM

Did anyone else think that Jeff appeared like Debbie Downer during his interviews?
