i was there last week and they converted the jacuzzi room into a computer lab. apparently they even got the school to fund it.

This is just disappointing.

they seemed to think that the computer lab was an upgrade. when i saw the jacuzzi in February of 2006, the whole setup was pretty shady: no lights in the room, just a construction floodlight with an extension cord, and it kind of felt like the floor was giving way in there. they still have by far the most amazing lambda chi house i have ever been to. it's a certifiable frat mansion.

Throw in some Jose Cuervo, some sorority girls, and now you have the setting for either a really bad porno, or a really good night.

that's not to say i wouldn't lobby to keep it if i lived there but you can see where they were coming from.
