Why am I already drawing a blank about the little girl that you guys have mentioned? When did she come in on Monday's episode?

Oh, and ditto to future Peter being hot :D

I watched online so I haven't seen the preview, but I think in the episode itself she was just mentioned by Future!Hiro (I LOVED that Hiro said "Stop Future Me") And possibly she was shown in the preview?

I agree, I thought that little girl was from the first episode. Her power must be pretty awesome cos apparently she hasn't aged...maybe she can't be killled or age at all! That'd be pretty cool!
I don't think we saw her five years in the future. I think she was in the present day. The season has only taken place over a couple months so she would not have significantly aged.

Thought about Sylar: Sylar could get Hiro's powers without completely killing off Hiro. They just need to have Hiro from some future time jump backwards to meet and be killed by Sylar. Present day Hiro would still be aroun to rock our world and Sylar could travel through time racking up powers and become invicible. This could explain how this weeks episode had future Hiro tell us that Sylar already had Claire's powers but then also show Sylar all happy that he finally got Claire alone to get her power. Two Sylars and Two Hiros would really make me happy!

I think that was more of a timeline change.
Timeline 1- "The original": Sylar kills Claire. Sylar kills Ted. Hiro stabs Sylar. Sylar regenerates. Sylar goes boom. Sylar goes on to rule the known world or whatever else floats his boat. (Whether its the regeneration that lets him survive the boom or the specifics of Ted's power, is unclear)

Timeline 2- "Save the cheerleader": Peter saves Claire. So far, Ted is safe too. Peter blew up instead of Sylar. Hiro may or may not have stabbed Peter, if so Peter regenerated. (Possible use of illusion by Sylar to make it look like him, not that anyone but Hiro survived the boom apparently) Sylar blames himself for the explosion so he can take Nathan's identity (and power) and become President of the US of A. Then he can rule the world, eliminate the other special people, etc.

Timeline 3: "Did the cheerleader bit but you're not done yet" aka "Save the world": Claire is still safe. Ted is still safe. Hiro must "kill" Sylar and stop the bomb (and or some other lovely plot twist ;) )

AlethiaSi 05-08-2007 01:18 PM

yea he is really freaking creepy.... and the part with the snow globe and his mom... wtf?
and that ending..... ugh! so frustrating!

SoCalGirl 05-08-2007 09:11 PM

The scene with his mom was a little too Glass Menagerie for me.

I've given up trying to guess what will happen in the final two episodes- there have been too many twists and turns recently.
Anyone else really looking forward to how it will play out?

Besides seeing another great show, show some great news in paper today.
Show was renewed; with 30 episodes!!!
24 will be regular shows while the other 6 are titled Heroes:Origins.
And it seems as viewer will be not only able to vote but somehow have a
hand in the direction the show goes.
This is from Variety today.

NBC announces schedule, shows

'Heroes' gets second series

By MICHAEL SCHNEIDER

While the focus this spring centered on ABC's "Grey's Anatomy"spin-off, NBC
was quietly developing one of their own - and announced this morning that
"Heroes" has spawned a second series of its own."Heroes: Origins" will air in
"Heroes'" Monday night time slot when that smash hit takes a hiatus. The net has
ordered six segs of "Origins," which, combined with "Heroes," makes for 30 hours
altogether.

"Heroes: Origins" will center on characters not yet seen on the original
show. Peacock has also added an interactive element to the show: Viewers will be
asked to pick their favorite character from "Origins," who will then join the
cast of the full-blown "Heroes" skein the following year.

The initiative to keep the "Heroes" franchise in originals for as long as
possible harkens back to the golden age of TV, when series aired 39 weeks worth
of originals, then took a break.
