I brought that case up before but because I was John Munch in contempt it never got past indictment. Godspeed.

The court will listen to arguments and make a ruling after the court's interview. The court may also throw up but that's just nerves I'm sure the court will do fine.

Does it need to go to the Grand Jury first for an indictment?

Perhaps agzg, now no longer in contempt, can present a case.
