I'm not on campus this semester so I've been out of the loop but...

Phi Delt and Sigma Nu (next door neighbors) are having the Benjy Davis Project tonight, as sort of a pre-party. They're each having a big band as well on other nights (Sigma Nu: Eve 6, Phi Delt: Lil Flip).

Row Week starts tonight, with Benjy Davis project plus IFC cook out.

Tommorow the other concerts start, not sure the nights. I know Fridays probably the biggest night for concerts. Saturday, SAE and Kappa Sig have their traditional cookouts. Phi Gam is having crawfish broil Friday...I think.

Sounds like a great weekend to be on that campus. I just checked the EN house cam and looks like they are getting ready for a party tonight :)

I'm just trying to figure where they're going to put the concert. Just doesn't look like alot of room.

I've always heard Pike was top tier at Tenn but never could manage to believe it.

Of course they're not exactly a Sigma Pi/TKE/Beta...Pike's got a few decent chapters in the South.

What is PiKA's general reputation in the south? I have always heard good things about them at the smaller Virginia schools.

Not good.

Besides at Tenn, I can't name a solid chapter.

They're well known for dressing and acting very....

unsouthernly.

I think the 'newer' reputation could be that the majority of PiKA's early expansion was to smaller southern schools, and they did not get into many of the SEC schools until a later point in time. As far as alumni lists go, there are several prominent politicians (Karl Rove, Thad Cochran, Strom Thurmond, Charlie Crist).

SECrowdiez, you could appreciate this. I think I'm going to Tuscaloosa after my last final Thursday to check out their Islander.

PhiGam, outside your own chapter, what other chapters Islander's have you been to?

None, this is my first year.

Any advice for going to other chapters other than not making an ass of myself?
