Get thee to the Off Fifths in Orange and Ontario. The Off Fifth in Ontario, if you are "full fashion," has a great selection. Usually at least 50% off regular retail, and if you hit a dot, you get a percentage off.

The Orange one is OK. I prefer Ontario, though.

Also, there is a Neiman's outlet in San Diego.

I got some pink Prada ballet slippers at Bergdorf's for $96.

Belgians are hella expensive and only sold through one store in New York. I've heard mixed reviews on them. One fashion writer said they "bit" her foot. I think they are semi custom-made and run narrow.

I've tried to find them through my secondhand sources. I've seen them turn up, but never in pink and green and never in large sizes -- I am a 10B.
