Sadly, yes...I was like 17, and I just tapped this guys truck in a restaraunt parking lot. I looked around and started to drive off. As I was pulling out, this guy was across the parking lot with his hands raised shaking his finger at me...I'm glad he wasn't close enough to get my plates!
