one hour on the bike and 30 minutes of weights

50 laps- mostly short drills and speed intervals. Feeling good- my butterfly is finally coming together.

i need to start working out again

I just started working out again after a long, long break, and way too many pounds gained. I just did 20 mins. on the treadmill-- and I'm covered in sweat, so tired I can barely move. I feel pathetic. :o But I keep telling myself each step on the treadmill is one in the right direction. It's funny, we got this treadmill (a really nice one with nice built in programs and stuff!) at a thrift shop for $25.00, and I swear I don't think it's EVER been used before. So it is my goal to really break the sucker in.

Pilates and some resistance training. Will probably do a walk later

2 mile run...but it took me thirty minutes.

1 hour of raquetball followed by a 30 minute workout.

2 mile run...now 25 minutes!

Came home from work and fell asleep. I only got about 3 1/2 hours of sleep last night and I didn't think I would make it through the day. Tomorrow is the final workout before vacation.
