i want to see a couple more guesses before i reveal the answer because this one is more difficult than others i've posted.

Also along the lines of oxygen, I don't see any mention of a sanitary sewer system or other means of disposal...if you know what I mean.

Is this also assuming that if we chose to stay a year that we would be able to get off the planet? I mean there's constant volcanic eruptions on the surface of Venus, and in a year you could be easily buried in lava. Of course, also assuming that your capsule can withstand the heat of the lava in the first place.

Sorry, not trying to overthink this...it's just a complex riddle.:)

Choose to stay one year and win $2 million. Venus takes 243 Earth days to rotate on its axis, but it takes 225 Earth days to go around the sun. On Venus a day is longer than a year.
