that's the thing, she wasnt proud. here she is, very successful in so many areas but could not succeed with weight loss. although everybody 'knew' the fact that she had the courage to final speak it and not feel ashamed means that she is working on her stuff. she gains a lot of cool points in my opinion.

i had alot of respect and admiration when she first gained notoreity with the OJ TRIAL. the VIEW and the success that came with it gassed her head up and i think she lost people's respect because of her EXTRANESS..lol. now if she can just get rid of BGA:D.

Oh no! I love her too! Prayers and blessings upon her and her family.

I saw that this morning too and I started to cry. :( I watch them every morning as I get ready for work so it did feel like a family member was telling me (well we're both from M'sippi so maybe that's why :cool:).

My prayers are with the Roberts family as well. Their history is so interesting.

And the world give a collective DUH!!!! :p

I read her book a few weeks ago and I admired her strengh and courage during Katrina and just throughout her whole life. I will be praying for her and her family, but I know she will come throught this stronger than ever.

And when I saw that Corey Clark pic, I thought he was Sideshow Bob. :p

I was looking for some books that I can recommend to coworkers, patrons, etc. I see that Terry McMillian's ex-hubby is coming out with a fiction book the beginning of September. It's called Balancing Act and it sounds like a little like How Stella Got Her Grove Back...and what happened afterwards. :p
