I, too, have to deal with the emotional overeating/undereating... It's tough to make rational, healthy choices about dinner when you're really stressed out! I'll be your goal partner this week since those are all things I need to do as well... I'm going to the gym tomorrow... I have to lose 15-20 lbs. |
Thanks!

Yeah to all the losers. I have been counting my points and after three weeks am down 8 pounds! I feel off my workout shcedule last week (did nt go not once) but got in 35 minutes onthe eliptical machine yesterday. I am going to the gym today as well.
Keep up the good work ladies! Kudos fellow WW memeber Ideal08! 3.2 lbs should make you proud. :D |
Just wanted to share this link...

After 5 weeks I've lost about 16 pounds and can definately tell the difference in my clothes and in my face. My interim goal was 30 lbs (for my at work challenge/contest. There's $300.00 bucks on the line!) and I'm 1/2 way there with 6 weeks left! |
Re: Re: Just wanted to share this link...
Thanks for that additional info, as I didn't know what "diet plan" it could have been attributed to.
I have been following the plan and am doing well. I will admit that I do break down and have some wheat bread during the week. The pasta cravings, while still there, are not as strong as the first two weeks. Ahh... the things I am doing for Boule. After Nashville, I am going to have the BIGGEST bowl of pasta I can find. ;) Quote:

How you going get snazzy and jazzy with the person trying to make sure you butt don't starve, pass out, or be to woozy to drive....and with your driving record here lately.....we don't want you woozy from not eatting.:D I remember the days when you cherished Sparkletta.:p |

Sparkletta, as you love to call her, LOL LOL, has long since been put to rest. She died almost two years ago in a tragic accident. Serenity is my new girl now. And I do cherish her. It's the pedestrians that I ain't got much love for. :D BTW, I guess I should tell y'all... I gained 1.6lbs last week. :( But this is a new week. We have an assignment: set a goal. My goal is to lose 25lbs (total) by May 28, 2004. That's when we leave for Vegas, so that's my benchmark. I'm going to make a posterboard and stuff to track my progress like I did when I did WW and BFL the last time. Last week my problem was I didn't write down what I ate AT ALL. I'm keeping track this week. I don't want to have anymore gains due to me not actin' right. Ya know (a la Jerry Maguire)? |
Tomorrow
I'm joining weight watchers. I'm half scared half excited. I hope I can do it again. I lost 22 pounds with them a few years ago so I hope I can get back on board. I've been trying to do it myself but I need help :(
Wish me luck :D |
My mom did WW. She also works out with a personal trainer. She's lost 25 lbs in about 6 months. She hated going to the meetings, but once the weight started coming off, she enjoyed going and tracking her loss.
|
:) Congrats to all of you who have decided to make weight loss moves. I'm still in search of motivation. I am probably at my biggest and still haven't taken my butt up to Curves yet. I'm trippin. Oh how I wish I liked using the school's "FREE" state of the art recreational facility. I'm going, I'm going.
