an interesting badge, but not like any I've ever seen before. Anyone know anything about it?

It's similar to, but not exactly like, the President's badge. The chapter President's badge is based on the original IC badge and has "I.C." on the arrow's wings. But it's not enamel.

I think I've seen one of these before but I'm not sure what they are.

I believe, though I could be mistaken, that that is a badge worn by a member of Grand Council.

I may be dumb, but what does the '100' mean? Or it could be something completely different, and I am just completely off base.

I think you may have left something out in your post... did you have a guess at what it was?

My guess would have been that it was from our 100th anniversary in 1967... but who knows?
