No, we think that you were trying to be playfully patronizing and that doesn't go over well from randoms. We also think you were trying to appeal to our "what will nonGreeks think" senses and many of us don't have those senses when it comes to such discussions.

Or try it again when you aren't just a random whose posting personality is unknown.

ASTalumna06 07-17-2008 05:02 PM

some people said "what will non-Greeks think?" ... some people said that the movie was implying something by using "Zeta". Right before my first post, people were saying stuff about a girl who had recently posted, who is in a sorority that includes the letter zeta, and basically told her to calm down about it. All I said, in a joking manner, was "hey hey kids", and suddenly everyone was offended by it. Really?
For future reference, I call everyone kids when I'm talking about a large group. Especially when using sarcasm. But I'll leave this thread now so you'll no longer be confused. Sorry.

Exactly, that is what I was trying to say yesterday or whenever that chick decided to get all huffy-puffy.

Anyways, i'm still excited to see it, i've already told my cousin we'd go see it opening day!! Wooohoooo.

Karen wouldnt be listed on any Sorority listing. She probably got kicked out after making movies that put down greek life. I'm a Zeta and at first I was pissed about the movie but after watching the previews I dont really care anymore. The zetas look hot in the preview and who wouldnt want a playboy bunny as a house mom? it would make a house a lot more fun!

Good Point. Just an FYI.......I heard the the 3rd Season of GREEK is scheduled to air sometime in late September or early October for another 10 more episodes.

Also, this past weekend I went to see the Dark Knight and one of the previews was "The House Bunny Movie." It looked silky in my opinion, but then again this was only a preview so I cannot make real honest decision. I did notice that in one of the scenes, they showed the ZETA house and the letters on the house...Z.E.T.A. were similar colors to that of ZTA. It almost looked like a jade color and grey. To thought that was very surprising.

Typo for "silly" is my guess.

SWTXBelle 07-30-2008 12:23 PM

No - the skin of the girls was just so silky-soft looking . . .

Yes. SILLY was the word I was referring too. A typo. SORRY for the confusion.
