Way to go, CardinalSM...you are correct! Saranne "Punky" Bowker Penberty is the daughter of Winnie Bowker. Winnie served as S.N.V. from 1954-1970 and as S.H. from 1970-1976. Punky served as S.N.V. from 1994-2000.
