Tonight was a great reminder why I don't watch the Oscars. Too d*mn long!!!! I wish they will do like all of the other award shows and show them before the prime time show.

Yay Jennifer and Forrest!!!! :D :D I screemed like a fool when they announced they won. I'm also happy Marty won too!!

The only part I really enjoyed was the Dreamgirls tribute. Anika's dress was off the chain! And B sang that song better tonight. And about Jennifer's brown dress, I was happy when she took off the jacket too.

I thought Diane Keat on looked goot too, her hair flips were the bomb!

I missed that. I saw JHud's press tour, if you will on E. She handled the press well. One reporter from Australia - :mad: JHud answered her well, although she asked her to rephrase the question. One reporter asked her about the "tension" on the DG set and that whole spill. JHud was like I don't know what you're talking about, there was no tension and moved on to the next reporter. LOL

It was mentioned on TJMS that Anika's shoes were worth $5K or $500K. I didn't see them. :wow:

I saw one of the red carpet shows that showed Andre Leon Talley helping her with her wardrobe choice. I can't believe he let her walk out with that space cape. Otherwise, I thought she was pretty and elegant without that particular piece of clothing.

Also, thought Jada and Helen Mirren were beautiful last night. Clint Eastwood's wife/girlfriend is so pretty.

Jaden Christopher stole the entire show!

I don't really watch the Oscars but I'm glad I did yesterday. I'm so proud of Jennifer.

Beyonce tried a little too hard during their DG performance.

Whitaker's acceptance speech made me tear up.

Ellen did a great job hosting. She kept it quite interesting.

Both of these dresses are beautiful, but I couldn't help but go back to the paper doll days where you take one outfit off and put another outfit on. I say that because she has basically the same pose.

Okay, so I have too much time on my hands.

Jennifer Hudson is the truth! This woman's talent is amazing. Miss B and Miss Rose weren't too shabby, either. Anyway, just wanted to share the Dreamgirls performance from last night...

I didn't watch all of it but I did see the Dreamgirls performance. Them heiffers can SAAANG!! Beyonce sang the hell outta Listen. I like ILYID but I like "Stand Up" better. She would've killed it with that song!

I actually watched the Oscars for the first time in my life last night. I'm not really fond of award shows because they're too long, and I get bored easliy. Anyway, congrats to Jennifer! I was disappointed in her choice of clothing though, she wasn't looking too hot. She did a good job with the performance however, and so did Beyonce. In the "Listen" video, Beyonce tried a little too hard, but for the Oscars, she was great:). I don't know if I would've called that "trying too hard" last night. She was just really into it, that's all;). Those ladies can sing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
