This is why I don't look at people in coffins. That is just an eery image to have in my head. I'll go to the funeral, but I don't view the body. I don't want to remember someone that way.

^^ and the body in the coffin never looks like the person did "in life". I can't imagine taking pictures. For what? You are going to sit and reminisce about the funeral?:confused: And videotaping it? When do you feel the urge to pull out a videotape of someone's funeral to watch it? How does that happen? :confused:

Unfortunately, I am not surprised by either story.

I didn't know it at the time, but my mother's funeral was videotaped. I am actually looking forward to seeing it. Her Pastor's eulogy was beautiful and everyone told me that the words I spoke were so touching. I wrote my remarks out, but ad libbed quite a bit and don't remember much of what I said. I saw my mom, but I was adament that the casket would be closed before the family went in. No final "parting glance" and folks trying to climb in the casket for us. We had already said our goodbyes by that point.

Wow, this is the chick that left Randy Jackson after having kids to marry Jermaine. She actually looks like she has more sense than that.

Their little son, Elliott, is very cute. I've seen pictures of Mrs. DeNiro on the New York Social Diary site. She's a former flight attendant. I'm not mad at Grace. She worked it out, LOL.
