Wed: work till 9, then going out with friends (so not available)
Thurs: work till 9, then no plans really.
Fri: work till 6:30ish then available
Sat: no work, no plans- available all day and night!

Hye y'all -- There will also hopefully be another GC gathering when I am there for my kids spring break -- not sure of my exact arrival date but will probably be on the 4th or 5th of April and I plan to stay till Sat or Sun -- that is Easter weekend and not the best time to try and fly standby home, but I am always hopeful!;)

You know we'll always come up with another meeting to see you, Cele! :)

It looks like most people are available Saturday, so why not do it then? Not to mention, there are enough days in advance to still plan something. I don't know SD well enough to actually know where to go and what to do, but it does look like Saturday would be a good day/night.

Do we want to just meet up at a restaurant or something, or do something fun like mini golf or bowling, etc?

I'm usually free any evening except Wednesday and Thursday (I get out of class late on Wednesdays and Thursdays I usually have bible study, but it's Maundy Thursday service at church and I need to be there).

Ok, so here is my usual work schedule: Tues-Wed-Thurs 6pm-11pm. Then, on Fri-Sat-Sun 2pm - 11pm. Working at Cirque du Soleil is really fun, but the schedule prevents me from attending evening get-togethers. :( If you all want to do a daytime event, that would be good too.


I do not work Sundays and we have no shows on Monday. Soooooo if we could swing a Monday night that would be really, really cool. That would be workable since Cele and Jennie aren't available on Thursday. I could *possibly* go on a Tuesday night or Wednesday night if you all make the decision ASAP . That is, our schedules are made up on Thursday - to get the day off, I'd have to put in my request tomorrow before 5pm.


Please, please, please consider picking Monday so I don't have to leave my co-workers one person down.

I've really been wanting to make it to one of these things and everytime it's fallen through!

My schedule changed at work, so here's when I can make it. I'm assuming we're talking about next week (April 4-11?)...

Sun, 4/4: going to be in Vegas, so not available
Mon, 4/5: coming home from Vegas, work from 4-9:30, so not available
Tues, 4/6: no work, no plans, totally available
Wed, 4/7: work 4-9, available after but it would take a while to get to SD
Thurs, 4/8: work 4-9, available after but it would take a while to get to SD
Fri, 4/9: work 12-6, available after (again would take a while to get to SD, but not as bad)
Sat, 4/10: no work, no plans, totally available

My best days would be the usual: Tuesday anytime, Friday night, or anytime Saturday.

Ok! So I just found out from one of my supervisors that my department will not be open as usual on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. Sooo...here is my revised availability:

Sun, 4/4: available after 12pm
Mon, 4/5: open all day
Tues, 4/6: open all day
Wed, 4/7: open all day
Thurs, 4/8: work from 6pm-11pm
Fri, 4/9: work from 6pm-11pm
Sat, 4/10: work from 2:30pm-11pm
