You're just anti-HT and shouldn't be posting on the HT forum at alL!!!

Seriously. Your opinions are worthless to me.

GP and I will be representing all of the non-successful Potential HT's in a class action suit.

Really? I heard there was a copy of all our dye methods in the Library of Congress, even JimBob's!

Don't lie...you both know you aren't lawyers...I mean you didn't get into Harvard law or anything. We all know that only real lawyers come from Harvard.

no news today :(

greekalum 10-16-2006 08:02 PM

Oh, don't give up hope! Did you call the salon corporate offices? Sometimes the local branches don't know about all the HAIR TRANSPLANT SERVICES they offer! They just need to be educated! You can be the one to do it!

I think that that is a great idea. You know, some of us strive for excellence and must make hard choices in order to realize big dreams like hair transplants! I am hoping that my journey for HT will fulfill my desire to realize my big dreams -- and I'm a big girl, so I NEED big dreams!

And t*p - no worries, I haven't heard anything either. My cousin Hickey says that sometimes you have to wait for the good things in life -- like when Wal-Mart does their rollback pricing on important stuff like toilet paper & beef jerky. So I am not losing hope & neither should you, my hairternal sister :)

Xylochick did contact me today, however. She has video proof that I am in desperate need of an HT, and I think that she can provide this as evidence to several of the salons I am shopping to prove that I could really use HT to fulfill my journey & realize my dreams!

AXO Alum, were you a little sister to a toupee society in college? Because that kind of classy association is for sure what JimBob is looking for!! Call him up and let him know if so!

This makes me giggle even though it is oh so wrong.

OMG!!!! I was DEFINITELY a little sister to the toupee society in college - they wanted to have greek letters (can you just imagine!) so they called themselves Tau Rho Epsilon (TPE) and we called them the TAUpay's since they had to pay for both the toupee's AND the right to wear greek letters.

I never thought about it, but that would most def help me in my journey! I'm going to type some emails - I would never have the courage to call, but I have some HUGE internet balls & will definitely use it to my advantage. My cousin Hickey always says that teh intraweb is the best place to pick a fight since no one knows anyone else on teh intraweb & you can even be banned from a message board & come back with a new username! He just told me if I ever did that, to make sure that I didn't come off "sounding" just like the old persona I was using - otherwise, everyone will figure it out, and no matter how much I protested that the other person wasn't me, that people would just make fun of me because it is pretty easy to figure out. So I would make sure to never do that - it may hurt my journey to fulfill my lifelong dream of shopping to find the right HT salon for me

Wow, you really DO have some huge internet balls. I've heard that some of the HT-discussion websites can check the IP address of users and can confirm when banned users reregister under a different name. I'd be scared of never finding the right salon (no, make that, of ANY salon that would take me) if I got found out. HT is too important to me to potentially hurt my chances. I mean, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. :(

I'm so jealous of your confidence. You've got to be the kind of person who is looking into HT for nothing but the right reasons. Soldier on!

tunatartare 10-17-2006 01:27 PM

Those who brag about the size of their virtual balls have very small ones in real life. I'm just sayin'.

Thank You HT people

I love this topic. I ran across it by chance and it is now my favorite thread. I want to be upfront-I do not have any HT aspirations. But after reading about the struggle and the discrimination that has been posted on this topic (shame on the curly haired folks) I decided that what is needed here is some social justice-type support. So I am willing to be a SHT (supporter of hair transplants). I encourage others who believe in this issue to join me. What ever we need to do to SHT we will do.
