I don't know because it certainly is advertised and I know they don't put these ads together that far in advance. His website has both dates listed, so I will just go looking for the disc on Tuesday.
ETA: This is the Oct. 16 update/journal entry from John Legend's website: Speaking of October 26... as some of you may have already learned, Sony has decided not to release my album on that date. The new release date is Tuesday, December 28. They wanted to give me a chance to get some more exposure on radio and television before we put the album out. I know that all my loyal fans have been waiting a while for the album, but most people in the country don't know who I am yet, and the label wanted to give them a chance to hear more about me before we put the album out. ETAA: the Circuit City website has the release date listed as January 4, 2005. WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON? |
I think it's a good idea to push the date back. He received some eposure from the tour. The new song is creating alot of buzz. While I want the CD now, I think pushing it back will help him move more units.
**Ok, I'm digging Nas' Bridging the Gap. The video is cute too.** |

I love DC's new song, but they could have done much better on the video. Plus, B is just up there a little to much.
