My screen name is actually a nickname that several of my friends gave me (short for Felicia).

I was too small to be a "Phatty Gyrl" so everyone in high school started calling me pretty girl instead. Yeah I know it is lame, but at the time I liked it. So now it is stuck with me even in college.

Well my name came from my freshman year in college when I went to get my school email address

y= the first letter in my last name
Kimber= my first name without the ly

Plain and simple!

I was trying to think of a really cool sounding name and I had a pack of Eclipse gum on my desk, so I said that's it! :D

I chose my name from Heavy D's old song I heard...the lyrics went "black coffee, no sugar, no cream...that's the kind of girl I need down on my team..."

I'm a pretty, dark chocolate sister...just as the song celebrates.

Not exactly sure what I was thinking when I came up with this name, but...

Me= the first two letters of my first name
la= the last two letters of my middle name
3= because my parents have 3 children and my line consisted of 3 wonderful women, it seems that I was meant to be a part of a triplet! :)

GC WHERE ARE THEY NOW

I chose mine to have two separate meanings.

1. Most of my usernames have "Model" in them because I used to model before I got to college. And the second part is obviously because I'm an aspirant.

2. The second meaning was supposed to convey the same sense as "Model Citizen" or "Model Student" I want to be a good, respectful SF, throughout my journey.:D

It's some weird variation of my actual name a friend created freshman year. I can't even explain the logic behind it, but it stuck.
