I ate leftover lasagna for lunch. It was even better the second day.

Subway...yum.

Had a lunch meeting today. Catered by a sandwich place nearby so I had half a roast beef sandwich on a kaiser with lettuce and mustard and some past a salad.

pecan crusted roasted chicken (yummy) and mixed veggies.

I just made Garlic Lime chicken, Parm couscous, and Bruschetta for our office. (only 4 people.) It was yummy. :-)

Very nice lunch with Mrs. DA and daughter number one who is celebrating her birthday, and grandaughter number one who we were watching for daughter number two.

Son called from college while we were there.

Went to SouperSalad -- then, unfortunately, back to work for DA.

Salmon New Orleans topped with shrimp from Red Lobster.

My daughter has discovered the yumminess of Red Lobster biscuits. I think she ate more than I did!

Oh my goodness -- aren't they the best?!? Honestly, it's the best thing on the menu! LOL

Yes, they're the best biscuits ever in life, LOL.
