This would also aid with Tri Delta recolonizing sooner, as they are eligible in 2021. (Previously, Alpha Xi Delta had a time limit to recolonize. I believe it was within 3 years of AGD recolonizing, and that time has passed.)

Per an NPC decision this summer, all Fall 2020 totals must be set at Fall 2019 total unless the total set the normal way (median chapter size or whatever that campus does after recruitment) results in a higher total for Fall 2020. So, UCLA is still 179.
