Ballerina is me!!!!
I too went to college as a "ballerina" (I graduated with a BFA in dance), was on the pom/dance team, and a member of Chi Omega! Tell your daughter I agree with all of her choices!
And I'm sure BlazerCheer will have a fabulous time cheering! Wish them luck in everything! |
carnation,
YEAH BALLERINA!!! Congratulations to ballerina on making the dance squad! VSU is lucky to have two such spirited, motivated women! I'm impressed with how active they are on campus already. Please keep us updated on how they are doing through the year! I am so excited for Blazercheer to cheer at her first University game! |
*bump*
The rest of the Carnation Twins...for that year. |
For all you pm'ers-- here's the thread from last year! Reading back, I don't know how I survived a double rush and I'm hoping to make it through this year's rush without heavy drugs. JK!:D

my cousin was a Phi Mu at Valdosta and her brother is the football coach. Her younger sister will be rushing there this year.

An update to this thread--can y'all believe it has been 13 years? Blazercheer graduated from Valdosta State with an exercise science major and is now taking care of an older lady. Ballerina is a married mom of 2 who graduated from and works for the University of Georgia.
They're not an active in a Chi O alum club but maybe they will be when life gets a little less crazy! |
Awww! That's so good to hear. It sounds like they are doing very well. I remember this thread like it was yesterday.

Yes! The continuation of this thread is "Blazercheer's Rush", which happened a year later and she went Chi O. I'm sure they'll be involved Chi Os again once they get out of this busy time of life.
