Done! Congrats to your daughter and Gamma Phi Beta!
I'm so excited to see that one of the new members mentioned has joined Alpha Xi Delta! I visited U of I for recruitment this weekend and it was such a fun experience! We're soooo excited for all of our amaXIng new members!!!
I'm guessing the picture I posted was missing a new member; per a Facebook post from the chapter, Alpha Xi has 53 new members.
I have pretty solid confirmation that Quota at U of I was 45.

Super cute! Thanks for posting. |
I just saw a pic of the SDT pledge class, and it turns out I know about half a dozen of the new member from summer camp.
I bet I know which camp ;)!

In a weird life move, I was on PNW staff last summer, more than a decade after I'd last worked there, so a bunch of these women were JC's. |
Yep, a counselor. I think there are like 25 camp girls in the chapter. So, its not only certain high schools that attract girls to certain chapters.

Question ladies, about Quota. The posters are saying that quota was 45 (or so) yet some of the chapters have up to 52! How is it that some got to bring in more than quota? Doesn't that mean that many houses didn't get their quota? Thanks for any explanation, as I learn about this new Panhell world that I am now a proud parent of.
Actually, no it doesn't. Chapters get over quota (aka quota additions or QAs) when the PNMs have played by the rules and maximized their options but under the old quota rules would not have gotten a bid by being to low on bid lists are added to chapters bid lists. This rewards PNMs that have played by the rules. QAs are placed by the RFM specialist and the greek advisor. A PNM may be a QA only when she has attended every party to which she has been invited and accepted and has listed all chapters to which she attended preference on her bid card.
