I hour of pilates matwork and cleaning out the hall bathroom closet (exercise because this required lots of reaching, weight lifting with getting the trash bag downstairs, and three-four trips up & down my stairs moving items to different locations).

My Christmas "gift" to myself was Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred workout video. I'm on Level 1, and I think I might die. But I'm planning to do this every day before work (it's only about 25 minutes long, so I won't have to get up super early).

I also joined a gym a few months ago, but I've been unable to go often because of traveling so much for work. But I'm getting better about going now. I'm hoping to make it there 2-3 times per week.

I finished Day 5 level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. It's still really hard! I'm working through the 30 Day Shred now and do some other workout DVDs a couple days a week. I try not to do 30DS too many days in a row since it's a lot of strength.

I just watched Level 2 tonight. The fact that Jillian said, "You should feel like you're going to die," didn't make me want to actually attempt it anytime soon. I'll work on Level 1 for another week or so before I move to Level 2.

Um. I would not want to either.

I did yoga again today. This cold had gotten the better of me this morning so that was all the further I could be motivated. I'm hoping to get to aerobics tomorrow morning instead.
However, the yoga is refreshing and a great way to start the day :)

I went to the gym. :)

Week 1 Day 1 Of Couch to 5K
It was fun apart from the very light rain

ThetaPrincess24 01-05-2011 06:18 PM

I have another pilates reformer class at 6:45 tonight. I also cleaned out another closet.

Send me a PM in about a month or so. I'd like to know how you like 30 day Shred!

lol my shoulders/arms are definitely burning by the end! I did level 1 for awhile before moving on to level 2. I am NOT looking forward to level 3!

AGDee 01-05-2011 07:20 PM

I did a 30 minute video that focuses on basic toning of arms, abs, bum and thighs.

Trying to decide what to do about dinner... I've had 68 g of protein and 35 g of carbs. Any protein will do, maybe hard boiled eggs and string cheese.

sanjiyan69 01-05-2011 08:44 PM

Hapkido tonight.

AGDee 01-19-2011 12:41 PM

*Bump* For those asking for a work out support thread :)

Tulip86 01-19-2011 12:46 PM

Kickboxing in an hour... that class kicks my butt every week...

Munchkin03 01-19-2011 12:49 PM

Circuit training this morning:
  • 10 minutes on the treadmill (approximately 1 mile)
  • lower legs on machines
  • arms free weights
  • core work at the end

Xylochick216 01-19-2011 01:49 PM

Day 19 of my Bikram Challenge tonight. I'm down 9 pounds, 1.5 inches on each thigh, 2 inches on my hips, and 3 inches on my stomach since January 1.

Tulip86 01-19-2011 05:10 PM

I wish they did Bikram yoga here.. had one class a while ago and it was awesome but the nearest class is 1 1/2 hours away.. sad face..

Awesome! One of my girlfriends is doing the Bikram Challenge this month as well. I'll have to ask her how it's going.

DSTRen13 01-19-2011 06:03 PM

I ran up & down the stairs (it was free & I didn't have to leave the house).

ADqtPiMel 01-19-2011 08:05 PM

14 mile run before work.

ThetaPrincess24 01-19-2011 09:33 PM

pilates reformer class!

lovespink88 01-19-2011 09:49 PM

Exercise video (Fitness 360-Cardio) this morning, and 30 minutes of walking in my commute.

dreamseeker 01-19-2011 10:47 PM

bootcamp. so glad i forced myself to go.

ThetaPrincess24 01-20-2011 03:03 PM

one hour of my "women on weights class" and 30 minutes of elliptical prior to the class.

LucyKKG 01-21-2011 02:25 AM

I was on the elliptical for 28 min. It's one of the preset programs on there. I didn't do anything else though because my stomach was hurting. Figuring out new medication is no fun. :(

Oh but yesterday, my exercise was swing dancing!!

lovespink88 01-25-2011 08:27 AM

I woke up early to do an exercise video. I usually go to the gym when I work out in the morning, but I was feeling pretty lazy this morning. That was a bad choice. The work out videos that are on U Verse On Demand are usually awesome. I picked a Kendell Hogan one, because I did one of his before and it was really good. Well this one sucked. I finally quit 10 minutes in because I didn't feel anything. Then, because I was running out of time, I had to pick a short workout for the time I have left. I did this 10 minute "Fat Blast". It wasn't bad, but it would have been better if I had more time. :(
