it's her 18th, not 19th, that will be due on New Years

Nia, the first comment was more to put a humourous slant regarding the Duggars on your post. The second comment was totally unrelated to the first, just a humourous observation. In short, my post was not intended to correct or slight you in any way, shape, form, or fashion. *goes back to edit post for clarification* |

Anywho, I saw them on one of the morning shows this morning. I STILL feel that it is totally irresponsible. I STILL contend that the family cannot sustain themselves on the father's income alone; whether they depend on charity or government assistance. |

NP, did we call it or did we call it? |

Meaning: given that the Duggars have given birth to a boatload of kids and Mrs. Duggar's uterus is due to drop (out her body) any day now, in the grand scheme of things, does it really matter if her next child is the 18th or the 19th? In short I was trying say that the incorrect detail in the post was trivial by way of a humourous ribbing to Mrs. Duggar. Nothing more, nothing less. Yall read way more into my post than what I ever intended to convey. Gosh dang. *chuckles and SMH* I love yall anyway. :) :D |

Just admit you made a mistake and correct the post. *SMH* |
I admitted all along it was an error, but that's besides the point

The Duggars and all them kids. Good grief.
What will they think of next? Oh, that's right, another child after that. God bless them, each and every one. :) |

If you want to make something humorous you exaggerate. Like "Couple expecting 1,000th child on New Year's day". When a number is one off, it just looks like an error or laziness NOT an exaggeration....sigh |

The fact is, the Duggars have an outrageously high number of children which is no exaggeration. I took advantage of a trivial erroneous detail to put a spin on the outrageousness to make it appear as if it WAS an exaggeration. This is one of those times that it would've been better if I my joke was spoken instead of written, because the tone conveyed would've made it clear that I was trying to be funny. O well, it happens. *shrugs* |
