10/11 years old? :eek: :eek: Oh My Goodness! This is so sad!

I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and my sister in our time of need.

But, however, I got some bad news. My sister on Friday at 10 minutes to six. Her lungs collapsed from the unknown illness--but the doctors suspect it is Lou Gerhig's Disease.

She was 24 years old. My best friend, my ying to her yang... She will be missed very much.

Please pray for our strength at this time.

Reddawn, I am so sorry to hear that. I offer you my condolensces. Have the doctors got any definite results to your sister's illness? I'll keep you in my prayers.

It's Prayer Time. Ok you guys...I'm trying to get my first apartment. I find out if I get it Friday. This is a really big deal for me b/c once I make this move, I'm all on my own. My family is not in a position to help me, so it's gonna be a big responsibilty. I'm asking that you all pray that I get my apartment *Timberlake Village* and that I can afford it!!! (It started out as a HC, but got too lengthy, so I just cut and pasted)

HC out of my 5 good friends, all but one of us are going through a major life upheaval?
HC the friend I was talking about last week (the no-good boyfriend) is having HER house and HER car seized by the government (long story short)?
HC they had a search warrant and found stuff in her house that she didn't know was there?
HC drugs and tens of thousands of dollars, ammunition, etc.?
HC she wasn't completely ignorant, but she never thought this man of 5 years would bring stuff into her home?
HC she's facing federal charges?
HC they don't really want her, they want him...but honestly after all the smoke has cleared, she can't really tell them anything of substance?
HC she doesn't really KNOW him?
HC his name isn't even what she thought it was?
HC her lawyer is an ass?

HC my other friend is being evicted and her car was repossessed the other day?
HC she is moving in with her 'friend' who says he doesn't want anything in return...but he's an ass?

HC my other friend is in an abusive relationship?

HC another friend is dealing with her father going into the hospital this past weekend and he actually coded and they were on the verge of calling it 3 times?
HC he is in ICU, and was going for emergency surgery today?

HC I'm just dealing with a plethora of things coming at me from all angles?
HC health, financial, and academic?
HC I just need ya'll to offer up prayers for my circle of friends...it would be greatly appreciated?

Pray for my friend that is taking her comprehensive exams soon. She needs to pass them this go round or else she may have to leave her program. I know she knows the info, she just needs faith in herself so please pray that she gets it.

Pray for me and my stupid fear of flying. I have an interview in 2 weeks and I'm already hyperventilating over a 45 minute flight. :(

Honeykiss1974- It will be ok...I had the same fear also...I know exactly how you feel....So I'll most def add you in my prayer list.

Please lift up my uncle and my family in prayer. My uncle's health has deterioated greatly in the past two years. In fact, he had another stroke today. While I know that Jesus is a healer, he is in so much pain.

My family has dealt with four deaths within the past four years. Again, while I know Jesus is a healer, things are not looking good. We need strength to deal with his condition (and to deal with his crazy children)

also, please keep the family of Soror Alisha Campbell (a Gamma Chi initiate) in your prayers. she died over the weekend at the age of 24. it didn't know her (she wasn't in my chapter but i know sorors who knew her) but i feel really bad. she was just so young... :(
