I believe that the information from the UCSB link means that the campus Panhellenic is following the specific extension process of the NPC, whereas the other organizations will be selected by the FSL office (my understanding).

Thanks for the clarification. I am hoping Tri Delta could return but we'll see who decides to present.

I'd love to see Tri Delta return. IMHO I don't believe that they ever recovered from the loss of two sisters and the injury of another during the 2014 shooting rampage. The chapter closed at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year.

Delta Delta Delta will be closing at Adelphi University at the end of the semester via an announcement from IHQ.

Deleted at request of poster due to mix-up in organizations.

Oh wow. Just saw Tri Delta's new member class on instagram.

Pi Beta Phi at the University of Richmond will be closing due to low membership #'s.

Our Beta Theta colony at The University of Kansas was installed yesterday. Welcome back Beta Theta chapter!

LaneSig 02-03-2025 01:42 PM

The University of Delaware has opened for NPC expansion.

Cookiez17 02-03-2025 02:43 PM

Oh nice. I remember when Tri Delta joined.

Also Syracuse University will be opening for NPC expansion. Total is now near 250 and a record number of PNMs went through.

SWTXBelle....is your post a typo or are both chapters closing? Cookiez posted the link for Pi Beta Phi, but I can't find anything online for Tri Delta closing.

Only Pi Phi is closing. Tri Delta just got a healthy looking PC, as recruitment there just passed.

LaneSig and shadokat have no listing for an Elon AEPhi chapter, so may I assume it's a new AEPhi colony?

Xidelt 02-08-2025 05:03 PM

It is a new chapter on Elon's campus.

SWTXBelle 02-09-2025 01:51 PM

I don't know how I messed it up, but I swanee I saw it as Tri Delta on the U of Richmond newspaper; I'm happy to acknowledge I was wrong. I'm trying to delete my original post. It's Pi Beta Phi, alas, that is closing.
